Terms of service

esimcrypto.me sells prepaid travel eSIM plans for compatible, unlocked devices. A plan provides mobile data in the destinations listed on its page. It includes calls, SMS or a phone number only when its page says so, and no plan includes emergency calling unless its page says otherwise.

You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is unlocked and can use mobile data in your destination before you buy. Coverage, speed and availability depend on local partner networks, your device, local rules and temporary outages.

Prices are shown in US dollars. You pay in the cryptocurrency and on the network that checkout lists, sending the exact amount requested before the payment request expires. A payment sent on another network, in another asset, for the wrong amount or after expiry may not be matched automatically and can be lost; contact support with the transaction id. An email address is optional: your order code opens your order from any device, and we cannot recover it. Never share it, not even with support.

eSIMs are digital goods delivered electronically and tied to one activation, so a sale is final once the eSIM has been installed or activated, except as this section says or the law requires. A plan clearly marked as starting immediately after purchase begins its validity as soon as your payment is confirmed, and can't be cancelled or refunded after that just because you are not ready to travel or use it, unless the law requires it or the service was materially different from its description.

We may refund your payment or replace the eSIM where you can reasonably show that:

• the eSIM was never installed on a device and no data has been used;
• it failed to activate because of a verified technical issue on our side or our partner networks', and you contacted support and gave it a reasonable chance to help before the validity ended; or
• the service was materially different from its description on this site when you bought it.

Ask support within thirty (30) days of purchase, with the order number shown at the top of your order page (never your order code) and any diagnostic information we ask for. We refund crypto payments in crypto, sent by hand to a wallet address you give us for the same asset and network you paid with. A refund can take several business days.

Refunds are not available, among other cases, for: (i) an incompatible or locked device; (ii) not following the installation instructions; (iii) deleting the eSIM profile yourself; (iv) data used before the request; (v) trips you cancelled or changed; or (vi) dissatisfaction with network speed in specific places within a country where the service is otherwise available.

Use the service for lawful personal connectivity while you travel. Do not abuse networks, resell plans without permission, interfere with the service or use the site for fraud. We may limit, suspend or refuse service when we detect misuse, fraud, a failed payment or legal risk.

You confirm that (a) you are not, and are not owned or controlled by or acting for, a person named on a sanctions or restricted-party list kept by the United States (including the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List of the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control), the United Nations, the European Union or the United Kingdom (a “Sanctioned Person”); and (b) you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, which currently include Cuba, Iran, North Korea and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People's Republic and so-called Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine (a “Sanctioned Territory”).

You may not buy, use, resell, give away or transfer any eSIM, plan, top-up or account balance for the benefit of a Sanctioned Person, for use in a Sanctioned Territory, or otherwise in breach of sanctions or export-control laws that apply to you or to us.

We may check orders, accounts, payment details and crypto wallet addresses against sanctions lists, and may ask you for information to complete that check. We may refuse, cancel, hold or suspend any order, account, eSIM or payment, without liability, where we reasonably believe this is required by sanctions law or that the transaction involves a Sanctioned Person or a Sanctioned Territory.

Where the law requires us to block or reject a payment, we will deal with it as the law requires. This may mean the payment cannot be returned to you, and we may report it to the relevant authorities.
